Especially when a school like usuc can't afford to buy Mustcoot out, he will be their #1 man bc that is who they have to pay Millions a year to have a 4-8 record!!!

Remember the "Friends don't let friends go to Carolina" bumper sticker? Our coordinators and assistants are all friends, and Jeff Scott saw up close what a miserable job that was. None of them want to live in our state capital.

Ray Tanner is just as much on the hot seat as Muschamp..... Both may be done. Ray Tanner has done little to improve athletics outside of Women's Basketball at South Carolina.

Dawn Staley is a big-time player & big-time coach, but she was hired by Eric Hyman. Except for WBB & equestrian, all of their athletic programs are either stagnant or have regressed badly.
Yeah, right now Tanner's seat is hotter than Muscoot's. Most of the fans, alumni & boosters by now seem ready to cut bait on Muscoot, buyout be ######, but nobody trusts Tanner to be picking the next football coach.

They plan to give Muschamp another big contract extension to show their undivided support. They know that Dabo is scared of what Muschamp is building at UofSuc. They are cycling in, and Bentley will be back next season to win them a national championship like he promised.

Let's assume they buy him out. Now what do they have left to offer the next great coach?
Remember.....Mudbutt was their third choice last time.
Who wants that job? Rest assured that with a limited amount of money to offer, and the
reputation of that school, you'd have very limited options

He is waiting on Jan 1st so the buyout will be less. The way it reads he said until the end of the season so it sounds like he will fire that tub of lard in January.

He's been successful at Army. His team is 4-6 this season but possibly he might be thinking he's hit his ceiling at West Point. He was HC at Georgia Southern before taking the Army job. Age 52, in the prime of his coaching career. He's already had a working relationship with Caslen. We know already that Caslen understands the importance of football & has a lot of respect for him as a coach.
