I'm in the middle of a very important experiment right now. I put a four half slices of bacon in a pan, a huge paddy of 90% lean burger and a quarter chopped onion and capped it up to simmer.

If this turns out well I could have developed a true scientific method to cure hunger. It may anyway.

Maybe as much as I like a grilled one. Key is to simmer it hot enough that it does't soak up too much grease and get soggy.

I blew it. I burnt the bacon, burger and the onions.

When the fire department shows up, it's suppertime!

I ate it anyway, the bacon was black (as if that matters) and the onions were crunchy. My consolation was the burger was only crispy on one side. I was hungry enough to keep it down.

Wood dew it again.
