Who is the most liked Clem fb recruit that didnt choose Clem

Seeing a lot people saying because of how classy R Gary and his family have handled the recruiting process that they'd root for him or wouldn't hold any grudges if he signed with Mich.
Has there ever been someone previously that we've recruited where it held true that he maintained his likability among Clemson fans even after not choosing Clemson for his school?

Montravius Adams, and some others. It seemed we lost all our potential signing day surprises to the War Eagles that year. I wonder if they regret their decision in any way now that AU is a trending down and it looks that Gus will get canned after this year if he doesn't win 10 games.

A lot of people said that Lawson was the point man for Aub to get cash in the hands of Mackensie Alexander for his commitment. Mackensie famously said "I can't be bought" after that.

My fiancé is an ohio state girl and so I've inherited watching them and I wanted Raekwon very badly to be wearing orange but I like the way he plays and he didn't disrespect clemson in any way. I think the 70 points in the OB left him skeptical of us and he made a desicison between 2 really good choices. No animosity.

I agree.. Rack seems like the choice. Sure would have like to had him roaming the backfield last year.
Another one, not sure if this belongs in the most liked category, would be Dalvin Cook, phenomenal player that I wonder had things turned out different with guidance under Dabo & Co.

Wasn't Raekwon McMillion in the class after we beat Ohio State. BV had already begun to turn our D around, i don't think the OB debacle had anything to do with it, just two good schools battling out for an elite recruit.
