When people are evaluating how good teams are you often

hear intangibles included as part of the evaluation. For example, leadership. If a team has a bunch of guys who opt out of one of their games that is every bit as much of an intangible deficiency as a team that has say poor leadership, lack of experience, etc. My point is it is not a valid excuse and shouldn't be considered as a lessening factor in whether a loss counts.
