When do Scouts Agencys update evaluations of players next?

ie updated ESPN 150 list and adjusting ranks and awarded stars to players

Right before the season after watching them at camps then one more time after their Sr season before NSD. not 100% sure though.

Unfortunately I feel that Scout is the worst of the recruiting sites.

All of 'em churn the recruits and move their rankings up and down based on... what? Who can run between the cones and look the best; is the fastest; appears to have the most leadership; has the biggest muscles; is comitted to a superior SEC school?

Seems to me, it's all about number of clicks. Clicks = $$$ in the digital world. Big schools like TX, OSU, SEC = more clicks, ie, more mula.

something that has been created to dupe football fans and take their money. I have seen recruits who have not been mentioned but soon as they commit to a
program they are assign two or three stars. How can you put any substance into that?
