I don't plan on target practicing with JHP. I can kill any target with a FMJ for half the cost.

So I'm thinking, '50?' I hope this is a lifetime supply.

I use Hornady Critical Defense rounds but there are a lot of different types out there. The Hornady round seem to have great penetrations and expansion. The Federal HST is good too.

We shot about a dozen brands in to soaking wet phone books and the Golden Saber were the best.

I shoot GA Arms for target but their JHP are junk. Barely expand.

I think you can find 45 ammo it is just the 9mm in short supply.
