Not if they could sell the seats nobody used.It's quite simple really. You miss consecutive home games without a valid reason, the Athletic Dept. Has the right to reissue the tickets to people who will.
Granted there are legalities, but the Athletic Dept, IMO, could make that happen.

Who decides what is a valid reason? BB? DRad? Independent Commission? A court of law?

Are doctor's excuses accepted? Vet excuses for a sick pet? Who rights the excuse for a death in the family?
