Play calling aside, which has been subpar for sure...

What has changed with TL from last year to this year? I might have to go back and rewatch some 2018 games, but I simply don’t remember him overthrowing receivers this much last year. And it hasn’t just been this game. Has BS tried to tweak his throwing motion or something? Or is it mental?
