Replay foul up on Smith call was maddening. Why replay just to ignore the clear evidence he did not target. Letting crowd reaction dictate flags is very poor

It definitly was not targeting.It was a clean hit,imo, to the chest
and I think that ,more than anything made it appear as targeting.
The bad thing is Smith is out for the first half of the Tech game.
