Maybe two SEC and two ACC in CFP..,

us and I guess Oklahoma. The committee will do whatever they have to do to make sure an SEC team plays Oklahoma.

If the B1G votes to play a shortened season where tOSU is 6-0 against Rutgers and whomever, the Eleven Whiners will whine endlessly about how they should be in. ESPN would love the Midwest eyeballs. So we would play the whiners again instead of the #2 SEC team. Fine.

I watched good bit of that game and first quarter IaSt looked somewhat better thinking they needed to knock off rust. But it was opposite, La was better and made them look like crud. Not sure where they stand actually but IaSt was ranked, has second best qb returning, and got out played. I think they will give teams a hard time all year.

There have been many seasons recently when ACC teams have stumbled out of the gate with some head-scratching non-conference losses.
And Clemson still made the playoff.
Pretty sure OU will roll and the winner of their game with Texas will have the inside track to a 4 seed.
