Unsportsmanlike Conduct

So... the win is a few hours old so we can talk about hypotheticals now, lol.

When Dabo called the timeout and State kicked the FG anyway it came fairly close to hitting the official. He looked pissed.

1) I was hoping they would throw a flag for unsportsmanlike conduct

2) why DIDN'T they throw a flag for unsportsmanlike conduct?

you can not have a delay of game called if a time out had already been called.
