I come in peace 
I'm planning on heading down there for the big game next Saturday, and can't help but notice the obscene ticket prices on the third-party sites like Stubhub. Right now, upper deck is selling for upwards of $220, with lowers around $400. Is this normal for a big game, or should I expect these prices to come down?

around the stadium--but they're not gonna be cheap (save possibly the upper ethers). get to the stadium early

Come to the game and buy tickets or side stadium. The closer to kickoff the lower the prices will be. I will warn you scalpers are bad. But be nice and you should be able to get in without a 2nd mortgage (lol). I am a Clemson fan so I would have better luck than you here but if you don't mind sitting in upper deck and wait till gates open I could see you getting in for around 100-150 easily.

the hottest corner for tickets is the area around the corner nearest Littlejohn....a lot of activity and for night games tickets are not as bad as if this was a 3:00 game

The area around Littlejohn Col. is the NW corner, Gate 13. Usually plenty of tix available. Just be careful. Hope you get here early and get to see the Campus and tailgate a bit before the 8pm hour.
I've heard nothing but kudos from our people that traveled to Papa Johns last year. Hope you have a great time, but leave a little sad anyways.

As others stated, they ain't gonna be cheap (unless GT beats us) but you can probably get in the stadium for $150 per ticket.

People don't really do that in the south. I noticed a lot of yall had them on last time in Death Valley.

You wouldn't catch me dead in a jersey. I've never understood how grown men can wear the number/name of another man they've never met before. I will give a pass to family members, though.

I'm 66 and will have my #6 CLEMSON Jersey on Saturday night !!!!!!!!____where in the heck did you get your fashion directors license ??? __________ I always wear my jersey for the ""BIG GAMES"" and the ""LUCK"", it holds !!!!!!!!!!!!_________________ was wearing it in Atlanta,when #6 Nuk Hopkins,won the game for us !!!!! ___________wear what you like and enjoy the game,Louisville fan*** can't wish you luck,but hope you & yours have a safe trip to "Death Valley"" !!!

I'd keep monitoring stubhub, craigslist, and the ticket exchange. I remember getting Georgia tickets in the lower deck near the band for $200 a piece the day before the Georgia game in 2013.

Does not hurt to check out tailgaters to see if they have any for sale, a lot of people don't like to sell, don't like scalpers and will sell to people who seem like decent people and that way they can pretty much control who they sit with....

I bought 4 top deck south for $80 each about 3 hrs before kickoff and then immediatley sold my 2 better season tickets for $80 each.

Yes.. these are the norms for top 10 matchups. They could inch down next week or go slightly higher.
Just keep watching them.

I'll go ahead and tell you, if you are scared of heights, don't get a ticket in the upper deck unless it is the first few rows. Anything after that you feel like you are looking straight down, can't see ####, and you'll feel like you wasted your money.
If you're gonna make the trip and spend the money, get a good ticket
