Looking at rates for August 16, 17, 18.

Wondered why rates tripled $100 (8/16,17) to $300 for 8/18, MOVE-IN day for new students!

Clemson Hotels never miss a chance to make a buck.

The entire Country. I have attended many motorcycle rallies all over the U.S. and have always thought there should be laws to prevent total robbery. Room rates that go up 5x because a large crowd may be coming should be outlawed.

Hotels sold out all over the eclipse route for the last 6 months. Saw a home in the zone for rent for $1000/night.
