with the ref lights and speed bumps (excessive speed bumps) going by the presidents house and bowman field are ridiculous. With light traffic today, it took me longer to get from 123 exit to Littlejohn than it did from my house near Publix in Easley to the exit.

With all the new development on campus on the north side of Hwy 93, I wonder if it is not time to consider a pedestrian tunnel or two to better connect the campus.

Texas A&M had an amazing tunnel - huge and nice - under the railroad tracks near their football stadium. I've also seen pedestrian tunnels on campus at Georgia Tech and Appalachian State, though not nearly as nice as Texas A&M.
