When an organization is failing consistently

May 12, 2014, 12:15 PM

you first try to replace the ground workers -- those who actually do the work. JackLeg did that, with a convincing class of recruits. But just like in business, when THAT doesn't work, it's time to replace the leaders. NO ONE earns a position to fail until they're ready to leave. It's time that we make a change and hire a new head coach. And before you ask... I don't know WHO we'd replace him with. That's not my (or your) job to determine. But as a fan, it IS our job to demand better!
