For you guys that keep up with this stuff year in and year out, and all over the college football world. What is the likely decision when a player waits until the last minute to make the decision or announce it anyways?

The longer he waits the better it is for us honestly. But ultimately, it could go either way. Time doesn't matter.

Other than being torn between the two paths, I believe the only reason why waiting so long would result in declaring for the NFL draft would be if a player was waiting on numerous evaluations from different parties to see where they would be projected for the draft. That being said, I believe that the longer someone waits, the more likely they are to return.

Bet 90% a week ago that he was gone. I’d say it’s closer to 50/50 now. I think he must be really considering staying or would have announced by now. But at this point he is going to decide til he is ready to announce and it may go down to the wire.

I agree. The grades are in! So, either he is truly torn and hasn't made a decision. OR he is wanting to announce in dramatic fashion that he is coming back, which is truly the CW way; and I would love it. But if he goes, he would go as one of the most loved Clemson players ever! And next man up!

Has to decide by end of NFL business day. That means 4:00pm ET.

As far as if he is gone or not, I don’t know. Only CW and God know the answer to that one, I’d reckon.
