and that was beating UNC at Chapel Hill. No matter how good, how bad, how much we're favored by, how much we're an underdog, in the future we don't have to see that stat and hear about how long the streak is that we've never won there.
Not making the tournament, making the Sweet 16, making the Finals of the NIT - that will all get lost in the past, but the win in Chapel Hill will forever be remembered and appreciated by Tiger Nation!

It was definitely important. And I'll always appreciate BB and the team for finally ending that awful streak. That UNC sucks this year is extraneous--we've had chances before when they were mediocre or bad and we were an obviously superior team, and we choked.
