most "taxing" - just do business with a California company and they will tax you - you never traveled there, you never worked there, you just did work for a California based company. And the California Franchise Tax Board is worse than the IRS. For real.

check out corporate and property Tax in New Hampshire, that is how they make up the difference. it is quasi socialism, if you can afford a home or a business, you foot the bill in that state.

work at in MA been shut down...or are the NH residents now considered full time teleworkers? If not, then I don’t see how anything has really changed...yet...and I would think MA can continue to collect taxes. If those positions become permanent work from home positions where the employees don’t have a an actual space/office in MA assigned to them, then that is a different story.
