The sun came up this morning.

We lost last night, and there can be many excuses for that lose.

However, here are the facts:

1. We were not full-strength due to injuries.
2. We played well enough to take a very good team, at their home, to two overtimes.
3. We lost to the #4 team in the nation, at their storied stadium.
4. We didn’t lose to a much lesser team like Pittsburgh, Syracuse, or South Carolina.

Let’s learn from the loss and move on to further hope that we will win again. It ain’t over!

had to come to an end. We will have our redemption in the ACCCG and hopefully at full strength and hungry to really kick some Irish butt!!!

Absolutely and as I said earlier no excuses. The challenge now is to figure how to make a limited offensive line better and to not just get pressure on the QB but to get him on the ground. The rules for allowing a QB to throw the ball in the stands was a game changer several years ago. For me, Isaiah Simmons is the player we miss most because he rarely missed when he blitzed and he could cover tight ends.

It is not chicken little time, it is time to try to learn to overcome weaknesses and this team has several. We may not be good enough to win a National Championship but never count Dabo and his team out.
