Just think how you'd feel if you were a UGA fan. All that

DB had to do (either of them) was knock the ball down but no, he wanted an interception on his stats.

That's right. They were told to bat the ball down, I'm sure

On a play like that, in that situation, the standard is to knock the ball down.
Both of those DB's were freshmen, I think. And they were hunting glory. They didn't listen to their coaches. And now they'll have to live with that game for he rest of their lives.

the ball hit him in the chest and bounced into the Auburn WR's hands.
Its much easier to just swat at the ball than to catch it

Malzhan is another arrogant prick in the vein of the Old Ball Sack, Steve Slurrier.

Much as I pause when I type, it makes me feel a little sick

too. For whatever reason, I am in the Aaron Murray camp when they play another SEC team. The kid is an example of all that makes college football so much more watchable than pro for me. He plays all out, cojones to the wall, heart on his sleeve ball.
To finish with 33/49 passing and to put 21 points on the board in the last quarter proves the kid and his team never quit. Announcers are always talking about leadership. That is a prime example to me.
But let's be honest, that play was not about skill at all. It was a freak event. A fluke. Luck was just not on the side of the Dawgs no matter how hard they fought.

The UGA player that tipped the ball barely changed its rotation and it still had a straight spiral

they are essentially harmless.
UGa fans, on the other hand, are some of the most vile and repugnant fans I have ever had the misfortune of encountering.

Schlabach is a prime example of their fan base and I bet 9 out 10 of their fans didn't even pull for us last Thursday. Pollack is the only exception.

as a much better team from a talent potential than SCar. And I also see Richt as being ten levels above Spurrier in class and my ability to 'tolerate' him.
Beating UGA but watching them do well otherwise gives me much more satisfaction than anything SCar could do. Richt and his teams get my respect whether we beat them or they beat us. I think a lot of fans think that way (not all). Few say that about Spurrier and his teams.

That's a little dramatic. Ha. They are freshmen. They will make good plays in their career. Prob won't dwell on it the rest of their lives. Or shouldnt anyway.
