The Cotton Bowl in Dallas was the only better gameday

experience than Saturday vs the Citadel. So refreshing to have room for the kids to be able to run around throwing the football in the parking lots without worrying about Todd, a 2006 Lander grad, with his Chevy 2500 parked crooked with 2 oversized tents that extend into the driving path and hear them constantly beotch about having to move them from the late arriving cars who are still 3 hours early as he and his "crew" have FLA-GA line cranked up and can't control themselves after a few white claws. Having to explain to my kids that this is why you have to do your homework.

Similarities:
1. No lines getting into the stadium.
2. No lines for bathrooms
3. No lines for concessions
4. Easy tailgating. (Not much traffic, easy in and out of lots)
5. Plenty of room in your seat.
6. Not many "Todds" - mainly alumni/season ticket holders - weeds out the trash

Differences:
1. More energy at Cotton Bowl because playoff game and more fans in stadium
2. Jumbotron the size of a basketball court
3. Beer sold in stadium
4. No Hill to run down in Dallas

Went to UF/MICH Peach Bowl before the CFP NCG in Cali two years ago. Sold out....walked right in through multiple security screeners. No waits/stoppages...a continual walk. Also, no lines in Club sections. Awesome experience.

One thing Texas seem to have plenty of is space. And Arlington was really spread out from the Jerry's World to Arlington Live to the Rangers stadium . Been to a bunch of them over the last 30 or more years, and that whole area was definitely the best
