You can allow it and tax it, OR..... make it illegal, then arrest them, pay a lawyer to prosecute them, a judge to hear the trial, then prison guards to imprison them and feed and clothe them for however many years to release them as criminals to get a lower paying job that pays less taxes anyway.
Seems a no brainer on the bottom line IMO.

have everything figured out, and truthfully, I have been wandering around in a stupor for the last 63 years. Unfortunately, if you charge more than $1000 per hour I may not be able to afford your services. I understand if you cannot do this, but would you consider a reduced rate? I would be willing to sell off all of my worldly possessions and follow you faithfully.
