Why would we not have it in our assistant coaches contracts

to not take their next job inside our division, GT or to the coots? That is 8 out of 120 plus jobs in D-1. I don't think that is too much to ask. I wouldn't care if they went any other place, but not to a team that we play every season. Am I wrong?

That could be done but I doubt many coaches would sign it...***
