Should I Buy Tickets Yet for September - or Wait?

Jun 8, 2020, 9:03 AM

Good Morning TIGER FANS!!! I want to buy tickets for a September home game on Stub Hub. Is it safe yet with COVID still active? What if they don't play? Stub Hub says I would receive a credit. What would you do? TIA and GO TIGERS!!!

I personally would wait. I suspect the games will be played and it's just my hunch that there will be fans, but I doubt the number allowed will be more than 10-25% capacity. With those odds, unless you want the credit, I would wait.Just my totally opinion and I could be wrong.

Thanks for the reply - I can't imagine Death Valley

without the fans. That just CAN'T happen. I think I'll wait a bit longer. Maybe I'll hear something regarding attendance soon.

I'd wait and buy the tickets at the game, probably cheaper

than Stub Hub. There are always tickets game day. Or buy from someone on tnet.

I love Stubhub and have used it on occasion. In this case I would wait. Stubhub may not have any access to tickets this year. We need to see how Clemson handles tickets and what restrictions are imposed. Paper tickets and transfers to Stubhub may be out this season. Clemson could impose a waitlist for season ticket holders to have priority to purchase any tickets that are not used by the original purchaser. We may not have answers until August.

Good Points - Thanks

I have used Stub Hub many times and trust their system. But, it is logical that season ticket holders would be first in line for attendance. GO TIGERS!!!

I'd wait and see what is available on Tigernet the week

before the game. There's still no certainty on what this season and ticket distribution may look like.
