If BC can win today!

Not a likely victory - Cincinnati is tough and will probably beat the Eagles!
**But, if they do so happen to beat the Bearcats, the ACC would have gone .500 in bowl season.
By all the talk all season long one would think the possibility didn't exist for it to even be possible. The ACC is bad at football - yes. It's not deep like other conferences. - no.
But, the depth to which people were painting the picture was a bit much! What conference out there hasn't had some embarrassing loses? I don't believe there is any conference that has gone undefeated either. So, there is that too.
Hopefully, BC wins! Then Clemson goes on to claim a National Title. Shut up a tiny section more of haters who want to blow up "schedule" out of proportion!

No Addazio and no Dillon probably means no win.

A month lay-off neither teams is playing at its best, and all this conference flag waving is silly.

Can we just ban all Big 12 teams from the CFP until they decide to play defense?

I know that I'm going to come across as a hater. I really do wish some ACC teams would step up their game to improve our SOS, but I really can't understand how anyone can't see why the ACC outside of Clemson is being currently looked down on.
Even just focusing on the bowl records the ACC is currently standing at 4-5 which includes the win by Clemson putting the rest of the conference at 3-5. That includes wins over Temple, Eastern Michigan(6-6 team) and Miss. State(6-6). The win over Eastern Michigan was only a 4 point win by Pitt btw. That's a 4 point win over a 6-6 non P5 team.
Louisville did beat an SEC team, but that's a Louisville team that finished 2nd in the Atlantic and 5-3 in the ACC overall beating a Miss. State team that finished 5th in the SEC West and went 3-5 in the SEC.
Aside from that, Miami failed to even score against a non P5 opponent. Wake who was thought by many to be the 2nd best ACC team for much of the season lost to a 6-6 Michigan State team that finished 5th in their own division in the Big 10. VT was a win over Virginia away from playing for the ACC Championship, went 5-3 in the ACC, and lost to a Kentucky team that finished 3-5 in the SEC. Kentucky btw managed only 3 wins in 8 games in the SEC, and managed to go 2-0 against the ACC this season with each win coming against ACC teams that finished 2nd in their division and went 5-3 in conference.
To think that those results somehow prove that the ACC has been treated unfairly is just wishful thinking I'm afraid. The best argument I could make would be that the Big 12 deserves its own share of hate for being 1-5 in bowl games although their competition level has been higher.

All that btw makes the ACC teams outside of Clemson just 1-4 against P5 teams this bowl season. You're not going to improve the reputation of your conference by beating teams like Eastern Michigan and Temple. The ACC teams need to start winning games against other major conferences in order to gain respect.

All three played like $#!7 in their respective bowl games.

Thank goodness ACC teams beat G5 powerhouses EMU and Temple

Too bad FSU ran into a buzzsaw.
Cincinnati is a true G5 power and I expect them to easily dispatch BC.
Next year I expect the ACC to take a step up and field some actually legit top 20 teams (other than the #1 team). But this year just too much suck. Hope I'm wrong and BC pulls the upset.
