I just hope that Trevor don't feel that is an important record to break, and just let come to to him, without him trying to go after it!!! What Russell Wilson done at NC State don't mean a hill a beans for us or Clemson, but what Trevor does at Clemson, means a lot for Clemson, and Tiger Nation. Go Trevor, and just be your own man without ever giving Russell Wilson a thought!!!

I assume these are Russell’s stats only from NCSU...

As I recall that was 3 years with his 4th being at Wisconsin

However, I’m guessing that Russell didn’t average only 2 - 3 quarters per game like Trevor!

Trevor is only at ~2.5 years.

Hard to compare. Wilson didn't start full-time until a few games into his redshirt freshman year. TL also didn't start full-time until Kelly Bryant left. Trevor is only 4 games into his 3rd season, but Trevor probably had a few extra games due to the playoffs. Wilson was (and still is) ridiculous. He carried NCSU. It was a pleasure watching him play at NCSU-- even when he making plays against Clemson. Fortunately we beat him all 3 years.
