Rankings are going to be an interesting exercise this season and only more so starting next week when the Big Ten comes back. Clemson and Alabama both posted im Read Update »

He could've removed them for the beginning of the season, but they likely would've been right back in there at #1 after playing next week. I don't see why it matters right now.

So Clemson will be 6-0 before the Nuts hit the field. I hope Harbaugh earns his salary this year because letting the Bic 14 in the CFP is a load of road apples...

So now for the big questions on OSU rankings. As with the aging actress who still dines out on her looks, the Suckeyes have been ranked strictly on their preseason numbers even though that ended at the start of Sept with the first kickoff. So Saturday what will the pollsters do when we are 6-0 and they're 1-0? Do they mix and match preseason and regular season W-L records? How much more will they try and bend reality and logic for one team?

Chris Low forgetting how Bama D couldn’t stop Ole Miss yet Arky had no problem with the Lane Train. Very short term memory. Guess you get major points for beating walk on QB Thurston Howell III at UGa.
