You know they will because none of the big conferences are saying no- its a bad idea. Ohh someone could get a mean tweet if they did.

I'll say it, I don't agree with it. I guess there is no accountability or consequences for decisionmaking any more.

My 3 exceptions are:

1 - Graduate
2 - PROVE improprieties at a university
3 - The HC bails for another job before his/her contract is up.

In the future, if an athlete feels they aren't getting enough money for N-I-L, then they'll just head for a bigger market with no repercussions.

I think they should not limit it to one transfer. Let them do as many as they want. Heck, let Coot players transfer in the middle of a game ( in honor of Spurrier ) and fly out to the West coast to play for another team on the same day .

Sounded alright until the last sentence:

"The waiver process would continue for the second or more transfers and for those not meeting the above requirements." That is how this whole thing started and it still will be abused to get around the "one transfer rule".

This will be college free agency.

It won't affect us much because of Dabo's stance on transfers but I'm 110% against this proposal. The current rules need to be tweaked, primarily to address coaches leaving, but there may as well not be commitments if this passes. The rich will get richer than they already are.
