Yep, about what I remember it looked like when I entered Clemson in fall of 1962. Was a bustling area, even way back then.
Wasn't there a working bowling alley downtown at that time?

I bought many a pair there when I was young. Mr. Keller always put newspaper down on the wooden floor of the changing/bathroom to be sure they did not get dirty.

I would have thought it was early to middle fifties, but I see a 1959 Chevy parked on the right side.

We took our grandson to downtown Clemson yesterday and what a cluster it is. I have seen a worse looking place with all the apartments/condos and streets that don't go anywhere. Wow what a mess.
