Why not NC. The ACC Commish lives there, graduated from UNC and gave the tv rights in yrs. past to Raycom which was a NC headquartered company. Looks to me like the ACC is pleased w/this. If not, he would have been replaced yrs. ago. And then again, why not NC. It has four schools in the ACC. And when it was formed in 1953, 4 of the 7 schools were NC schools.
