It means that you're in Dabo's love shack and you got to stand in the freezing wind the whole game and hold up a f'ing sign. It's tough as nails in the wind too. Builds your neck muscles though.

Sometimes they are decoys and don't mean anything. Other times, they signal the offense which play to run. Clemson also uses hand signals in addition to the play cards.

The one in the middle means that the tigers are gonna give the shocker to Ian Book's mom. The one on the right means that the Tarheels did not make the ACC championship game. The one on the left is a decoy. It doesn't mean anything.
