Part of the promise was he would be a wall along the whole border. He kept part of that promise, as the wall is not finished. The other part of that promise was that Mexico would pay for it. That never happened.

So he did keep part of a part of it, I’ll give him that. I hope someone else finishes it.

according to a Government Accountability Office report from early 2017; Trump will leave with 701 miles of border fencing, according to CBP.

that he is spending one of his last days in office, placing his hand on that wall, reaffirming to himself that he accomplished something in his only term as President, then boarding the plane and wondering to himself what it will be like to receive only one hour of sunlight a day.
