The Carhartt Silverado. A cautionary tale.

As APM mentioned recently, a dude in my 'hood has a Carhartt Silverado. Other than the grille, this is an absolutely awesome looking truck, IMO.

Anyhoo, APM had been noticing it and then yesterday, the missus and I are doing our satdee morning dog walk around the 'hood and I see the dude now has a HUGE gash in the side panel. Big, long dent, big scratch with paint taken off.

These guys run a pretty thriving business and I am pretty sure they can afford the truck and can afford a repair.

But dayum, APM don't know if he could take paying that much for such a purdy truck then have it sitting there looking like your average 10-year-old Eff One Fiddy with a gash in the side.
