So my lady talked to the Coke rep for Anderson

Her company has a business relationship with Coca-Cola. She asked about the commemorative bottles and he told her that they are only bring distributed to the Anderson/Clemson area. Each location will get 25 cases with no additional deliveries. How can this be? The demand appears to be strong and those bottles will fly off the shelves. She has two six packs reserved for us. The stores are putting a limit on the packs per customer. Anyone else heard something similar?

And as evidenced by pictures of live bottles yesterday, Coca-Cola's initial run of this limited edition is around 10K six packs. A business acquaintance of mine works with the glass manufacturer of the bottles and has confirmed this. That being said, it would be very easy for Coke to run more. I have my buddy keeping an eye on it an will you all know if that happens. Might be worth a online petition.

I want to buy 4 6-packs right now, and I don't even like Coke.
Smart move, Coke.

I have a relative in N. C. who wants two six packs! Coke's executives better rethink the idea of a limited distribution. The whole state of South Carolina should be the focal point for selling these bottles.

National Champions but only available for Anderson Clemson area. Brilliant. About like having wccp for your flagship station.

A female manager at the Ingles up the street from my place in Mauldin explained to me that they have a different distributor in the Gville area than their Anderson County location a couple of weeks ago the day of the false bottle release ordeal.

Yeah, like I said it didn't make sense to us. He's either trolling us, or an idiot.
