Look, the 5 majors that formed Aramco back in 1936/37 made bank on the 50 year concession. When it became a wholly owned venture(1986/87) of KSA they are free to do what they want with their own assets. My bet is they do not actually follow through on pumping a 1M+ per day when the OPEC agreement terminates the end of March. In reality they require $70+ a barrel to run the nation.

In truth this talk of lower prices and pumping willy nilly should goose the economy not tank it.
