Simple way to clean up coffee stained Yeti cups

I left a coffee cup on my desk uncleaned for 10 weeks during this pandemic. Went to the office wednesday to grab some stuff and grabbed the cup. Scrubbed it 2-3 times when I got home and didn't get too far.
Then I discovered this little gem which may be really well known already.
Put milk in freezer
Place dishwasher Pod in cup
Pour boiling water into cup
Let sit for an hour
BRAND NEW CUP

to clean the coffee stain out of his Yeti cup. That's rich right there. You can't hide money like that.
He could have just stuck it in the dish washer and cleaned a whole other load of dishes with it. But nooooo, he had to waste an entire pod on a single, over-priced $30 cup.
