Our boys rarely could get a catchable ball. That throw towards Powell was 9 yards over his head. Dude must have had compromising pics of Jimbo!

Kellen Mond isn't terrible

His first year, Mond looked very promising. He just needed some polish and consistency, which many assumed would come with time.

But instead of becoming a better passer and going to the next level, he flatlined. His accuracy continued going south at the wrong time. He's like a pitcher that gets the yips and can't throw a strike.

He might last a couple of years on someone's practice squad in the NFL, maybe not.

Aggies wouldn't have finished 9-1 if he was terrible. He really cut down his INTs as a senior but still missed too many open throws.

I would say that is fairly accurate, I have always thought he and Filipe Franks were very similar in that regard. Both have the tools, but something in the headspace doesn't click all the time.
