I think he runs a lot like Demarco Murray personally. Thoughts?

He honestly reminds me of Travis Zachary...
He is a different style of runner than what we have seen in today's football...at both levels...I just don't know who to compare him to at the pro level...
The one thing that is need for improvement in Wayne's game is his speed...other than that..He has great vision, tackle breaking ability, and cuts...He is an extremely underrated back..

Upright runner with a wide stance that allows him to stay balanced and dodge would be tacklers. Also, lots of power when needed and plenty of speed and agility.

Murray is too north/south and leaned forward

For me to compare to Gallman. Just compare the offensive styles of the teams each was good with. Murray was great with pro style Dallas but awful with spread Philly, who is like us. A more powerful, less agile Mccoy is a better comparison. It's hard because Gallman is truly unique. His uprightness and stance are reminiscent of a linebacker.

Completely disagree with that. He runs nothing like McCoy IMO he runs just like Murray to me. A little bit like McFadden as well.

I agree I though the way Gallman was running the first season he would get killed. I figured the coaches would change it up but he is running the same way. I guess they saw then what we are seeing now . It works for the Wayne train so leave it alone.

Disagree. Allen was more "slippery" and avoided direct contact with his great agility, but was always moving forward with every juke/twist/fall. Gallman seeks out contact, doesn't juke, very determined. Totally different styles to my eye.

Yeah, I am with you, I don't see much of TA in WG's running style. Craig is a reasonable comparison, and if he develops hands like Craig he takes it to the next level. Robert Smith was a really fast back, not that WG is slow, but Smith as I recall was super fast. Eddie George had a very physical style, good pop. I could live with a season like that no doubt.

unique RBs I have ever seen. He is lanky in his frame and runs extremely high. But he is punishingly physical and runs with a chip on his shoulder. My favorite type of player.

their running styles were similar. Neither is going to take it to the house on a long run but both will take it right at you. Both have a lot of yards and a lot of carries.
