Report: NCAA fall championships still in limbo

The NCAA Board of Governors met again today to discuss the status of fall sports and more around the pandemic...and didn't really make any decisions, says Sports Illustrated (see below).

The College Football Playoff isn't sanctioned by the NCAA so any cancellation of fall championships wouldn't necessarily affect it, but Clemson sports like soccer and volleyball are still in limbo about competing for a title this fall.

Decisions are set to be made division by division. There were some reports out tonight that the Football Championship Subdivision of football could make its call Wednesday.

This is referring to events run by the NCAA. CFP are NOT run by the NCAA.
