The game MUST be played in the state of South Carolina. It DOES NOT have to be against a team from South Carolina,

The Cid announced they would play 4 games and one would be against the Tigers. Payout reduced to $450k. I suspect that money is needed financially at The Citadel. That is who we are playing.
