Ohio State just is obsessed with our recruiting. The comments are so hateful that it's almost sad.
I, coronamav1, am one of the only people arguing with these fools.
Blaming strength of ACC, blaming geography, and even the weather in Columbus.
K'von Wallace is mentioned here saying he came to Clemson bc it would be impossible to get in trouble? hahaaha. Implying our laws don't apply to our student athletes.
Just check this out and remember, this was made BEFORE KOREY FOREMANS commitment.
Notice the mentioning of us not having to develop low rated recruits. NOLAN TURNER INT lol

But we don't scout players, we let the big timers like OSU to do our scouting for us HA HA, was that dude born in a dark closet somewhere on one of those Ohio snow covered farms in the dead middle of the winter. What part of Dabo and staff only offer kids that fit Clemson, and not who they like by whatever standard they use. Clemson recruits by the Dabo only rule, and a lot of players they want or like, that kid maybe a Dabo fit, and if they are, our staff goes after them hard bc all recruits don't fit the Dabo/Clemson Standard, and that is where they fail to understand, the best recruits is the Clemson Standard!!!

So, here are the Cliff Notes:
We don’t evaluate, we just see who other schools are going after and then pursue the best of the best.
We don’t take project players. All of our recruits are D1 ready the day they set foot on campus.
We don’t sign any 2 or 3* developmental players.
We are great at recruiting because ACC gives us no competition.
And we have an unfair advantage on these Junior Day events because the weather is nicer in SC in January.
And this is before Foreman signed.
Well, if you’re ever having a rainy day just remember - We Own Ohio St.

It's really fascinating. All year long, Day was very accommodating when taking questions during pressers, answering them clearly and respectfully. Now, the boobsie loses a game and turns into Mr. Hyde. I'd stay away from him until OSU wins it's next 62-3 game.
