Out of the 40 players that the NCAA has suspended for ostarine, 38 of them were overturned after players appealed the ruling.

To find out how it was ingested, so they can make a case for the appeal. Without knowing where it came from, Clemson can’t make an appeal.

it's info that's been gathered for the appeal.

The key word being cases appealed . Someone that can't prove how they ingested it, or may have had other substances in their urine sample don't appeal

15 appeals for positive drug tests conducted in the fall of 2017.
4 clomiphene,
4 ostarine,
3 turinabol, 2 other anabolic agents
13 appeals for PEDs,
12 included unsubstantiated claims that the source of the banned substance from named supplements they were taking, with no label ingredient reflecting the banned substance.
One student-athlete had his supplement tested by BSCG , which found trace amounts of turinabol (no documented chain of custody).
