Utah State's a good team...

Kinda like App State. They recruit well for their size, and are fairly well coached.

But you're right. The Utes didn't look good tonight. It's a huge game out here too. And the Utes have BYU next and there's no love loss between those two teams.

"Stalwart universities—Harvard, Princeton, Yale—most certainly offer status. The Citadel offers character. "

You are correct about the BYU SNOTs rivalry. Look for a mean, nasty game next week.

GO COUGARS!!

The SNOTs thought they would be competitive in PAC12. After going 4-5 their first year, they now refuse to play BYU after 2012 because their conference schedule is "too tough".

as bad as that sounds about last year, if the ute's had beaten colorado, they would have won their division.

You are correct. In the Mountain West, they were titans. They took the cashola to go PAC12 and have more money to be mediocore. Can't blame them, way too much cash difference, but they lost their "us vs. them" thing and also need to play more than New Mexico to get to the promised land now

at 4-5 they were tied for 6th out of 12 schools in the pac last year, so they were the definition of mediocre. Utah st. has pulled some suprises now n then and are a good program for there size, but its a game utah has to have now that they play a pac12 schedule.

It's a simple formula...

Sep 8, 2012, 8:30 AM

More Money = Better Coaches = Better Facilities = More Wins.

Just ask Utah, BC, Miami, Colorado....

"I've played multiple sports and would bet any amount that I'm still more athletic than you at this present time...."

Nah, here's the REAL simple formula:
