I was watching the game and, after that play, they showed DW4 talking to OBrien and it really looked like maybe DW4 was supposed to pull that ball and run it himself or have a RPO option. It looked like DW4 was explaining to OBrien why he didn't pull the ball. OBrien took all the blame after the game and didn't mention this so I could be totally wrong or he could have been covering for his team and his young QB who had a monster game? If so, that's a great move on his part.
