What are you favorite ACC roadtrips?

Jan 16, 2018, 12:02 PM

I try to make it to at least one away UGA game each season. Who are your favorites for Clemson and why?

I for one am glad you are stopping. You are one of the most ignorant posters ever. You obviously think very highly of your own opinion, unlike the rest of us - RockHillTiger

100% agreed with FSU...

That scene is something else. Vibe and the tomhawk chop is pretty cool to witness.

I like GT. Tickets are easy to get. Plenty to do. Plus I got family in Decatur. Almost always go watch us play North avenue trade school

Since we're their to pick up hardware every year, it's become a little familiar.

Anyone ever been to game at BC? How is that?

Jan 16, 2018, 12:33 PM

I am interested in that one this year. I have never been to Boston for more than an hour.

If you like craft beer I highly recommend the 2 breweries above. And while you are at Trillium eat a warm lobster roll from Row 34, to me those are enough to make the trip worth it lol. Plus Boston is a cool city to explore when it's not cold as ballz

2024 orange level memberbadge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

My favorite trip. Loved Boston - food, history, culture -

Jan 16, 2018, 12:48 PM [ in reply to Anyone ever been to game at BC? How is that? ]

good stuff. Go - but plan to stay a couple of extra days to see/do everything. The T takes you straight to the game...

2024 white level memberbadge-donor-10yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

I went to BC last year

Jan 16, 2018, 4:45 PM [ in reply to Anyone ever been to game at BC? How is that? ]

Stadium is like an even less impressive Bobby Dodd. But I love Boston and have a lot of Clemson friends up there, so it was worth it!

badge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

I agree BC's stadium leaves a lot to be desired

Jan 16, 2018, 6:28 PM

But the rest of the area makes up for it

I can't imagine why your pulse is so low...UNC isn't a bad looking campus but it's nowhere near as nice as Clemson's

2024 orange level memberbadge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

It's pretty. I'll give you that.

Jan 16, 2018, 4:41 PM [ in reply to Re: What are you favorite ACC roadtrips? ]

Just wish it could be enjoyed without all of the a$$holes that reside there.

VT fans weren't nearly as friendly as expected while tailgating there this year, not sure I will be returning there.

UVA is an excellent trip.

It's always nice to visit Monticello and DC. Of course, we rarely play them since the expansion.
