AT&T Uverse was marginally providing 20mbps so he going to Xfinity ISP and YTTV and saving over $100 per month.

I see it on my U-verse channel guide, but when I click on it it tells me I have not subscribed to the service.
I called AT&T U-verse technical support and they said the ACC network is not on U-verse, only DIRECTV.
Is anybody able to actually view the ACC network content?

Yes. Just checked & it's working. I'm sure it was MY "Demand" call that pushed it through.
Either that or it was getting too close to basketball season & Uverse was running out of bargaining power.

ACCN is also now available on the streaming service attTV Now (formerly DirecTV Now).
