I like the kid from stanford but I havent seen anything heisman-esque from him this year. Hard to argue the others and dw4 has a few marquee games to make up the slack. Heres to hoping he lights up free shoes u and the coastal winner. Lets go tigers.

This award should just be renamed the media darling award.

Outplay a guy head to head and he's still the front runner. DW4 has three years of exceptional performances. Lost to a running back who can only run straight ahead in 2015, and as of now, is losing to a guy who was statistically inferior and inefficient.

Oh well, let's keep grinding and get that Natty!

GO TIGERS!

Kinda hard to argue that a player with more passing yards, rushing yards, and twice the touchdowns is statistically inferior...

Not really...

Any QB would have put a bunch of numbers when the offense tried so hard to rack up numbers over inferior opponents.

Dabo has been known not to do that. He always prepares the team for the future and at the same time allows players who deserve some playing time to be in the games.

Wait and see if Louisville can become an elite program in the long run. I kinda doubt it.

Sorry, but this argument is a moot point. That's like me telling my girl that "I can go get a job any time I want". Just cause I *can* doesn't mean that I am. Huge difference.

This is a game about performance, not about capabilities. I am capable of going out and get a job making $300k. But I'm not. Just cause DW4 may theoretically may be capable of putting more points on the board in the same/similar scenarios, doesn't really mean anything.

What matters here is that Lamar Jackson has twice the touchdowns, 24.8% more rushing yards, and over 3x the amount of passing yards, and that DW4 has half the amount of TDs, 24.8% less rushing yards, and less than a third of the amount of passing yards.

As much as I want Clemson to be #1 in everything. As of week 5 - The stats aren't even close.

Guess character don't matter with the Heisman anymore... pass for a gazillion touchdowns and bang on things after a loss, and you to can be a heisman frontrunner.
