I'm really surprised we didnt get a lot more scorn than we did for that. the media seemed to anoint winston and just move on.

It looks like FSU thought that Miami was just going to gift wrap the win for them on the first play the way we did.

I could see them maybe winning at Clemson. I never imagined we wouldnt be competitive.

A loss would been fine if it were a close game. The blowout we got has put a bitter taste in my mouth.

i totally agree. i was pretty devastated after that game- and by that, i mean it has been really hard to get all that excited about either the MD game or the UVA game. Tajh running the wrong way? receivers on a totally different page? how in the WORLD did we beat UGA? we're about the most schizophrenic team out there- and despite our "consistency" we have no one to blame but ourselves for the "pulling a clemson" talk.

If you're going to beat FSU (or Oregon or any other team with an elite offense) you have to be able to have some semblance of ball-control. We don't have the running game this year that we've had in past years.

Give it a rest people. If you think the first play wasn't directly responsible for the product we saw on the field you don't understand how much of a punch to the gut it really was. You ask why dabo wants a business like team and withstanding that kind of a play is why. We are not to that point yet.
