seems to me...

he's just using the sting of the loss for motivation.

didn't see whining or excuses in this one, although I skimmed article

'"It was hard to watch, I'm not going to lie," Day said.' I agree. We didn't achieve all our goals.

I feel like that is a bit much. I mean yes have the will to win but be stuck in the past because “that’s the way it should be” and sort of have your players watch the game and think about sacrifice and all this? I dunno - I prefer Dabo’s viewpoint. Just move on, it doesn’t define you.

That is the same take I had - Day could REALLY learn how to handle a loss from Dabo.

I agree. Apparently, Day is using the rear view mirror instead of the front windshield likes Dabo espouses.

Tiger Band 70-74

it's not going to last as long as 31-0.

Jan 16, 2020, 7:39 AM

because 31-0 got a head start, and is still here.

Cryin Day needs to seek counseling.***

Dear Ryan Day,

Please make one loss beat you twice by dwelling on it.

Sincerely,

the better team in 2019, and actually every time you played against us, the Clemson Tigers

Very similar to what Dabo said Monday and Tuesday

Jan 16, 2020, 8:10 AM

after our loss.
