Late votes haven't been counted, anyway. Anything that arrived after Nov 3 has been segregated, separated into sealed bins:

If the tally of ballots received by Nov. 3 gives Biden the win, will Trump flip-flop and demand that they count the ballots received after Nov. 3?

Of course not, they'll just drop it quietly and go away. There is no substance here, it's about creating the perception of corrupt-y-ness without any specific message or strategy. A microcosm of his entire presidency.

Looks like they had to be turned in my 8pm on election day. If they missed that, they shouldn't count. Not sure what the issues are here.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court held that ballots received after 8pm on 11/3 could be counted. I haven't had an opportunity to read the (lengthy) opinion, which is here:
